and race car driver.
Early left without a father, Enzo was forced to quit school and
start working to help the family. Its way into the automotive world,
he began after the First World War as a test car in the tiny company
in Milan. In 1920 Enzo Ferrari came to the company "Alfa Romeo"
and became involved in road racing. In 1929 he organized his own
team "Scuderia Ferrari", the existing and successful and still
serving in the various series of racing (Formula 1 - in 1950).
Individual performances Enzo discontinued in 1932.
His first race car Enzo collected in 1937 for "Alfa Romeo". Since
1939, his team stand out from the company "Alfa Romeo" and Ferrari
founded his own company "Auto Avio Costruzioni Ferrari" (but the
first car was made only in 1946). Ferrari their cars manufactured
the smaller parties, only the method of manual assembly. They are
distinguished by the highest speed and unique design. 50% of his
company's Ferrari in 1969 gave way to concern "FIAT", but until
1977 remained the president of the company and control of the team
"Scuderia Ferrari" held in his hands until his death. His team was
the most powerful and titled in Formula 1: 14 Constructors'
Championship (1961, 1964, 1975-1977, 1979, 1982, 1983, 1999-2004)
14 wins in the championship racing (1952, 1953, 1956, 1958, 1961,
